It’s boating season! Menswear Boating Essentials

Author: Tracey Hart

In Canada that’s a phrase that many of us say the moment the sun sticks around longer than 6:00 PM and we can get our boats out on the water.  A season where we slip into sundresses, tank tops and take advantage of lightweight materials and wear as much white as possible. Even I, a person that predominantly wears BLACK like it’s going out of style, will opt for a white shirt or that nautical knit that’ll have me seasonally ready.

With that warmer weather, we Canadian can’t help pack the boat for a weekend road trip, flock to our cottages or surround ourselves with water-themed activities.

Discover Boating is your hub for everything boating related; from information needed for beginners to resources, activities and maintenance to those whom are well acquainted with boats.

Curating looks and editing closets is something I do best and I love to tell stories for whatever I (or my clients) may need so I’ve rounded up a Top 10 Men’s Boating Essentials for you gents and what better way to spend our short summer on a boat than looking good while doing it?
